Handstorm

A study in the impossibility of control over nature. This mixed-reality musical instrument allows visitors manipulate the familiar sound of a raging thunderstorm. Like a symphony conductor, the visitor gesticulates and progressively gains, then loses the feeling of control over the natural soundscape.
